POLICIES:
1. An approximate number of your party is required when you book the facility.
You will be charged for the guaranteed count given. An estimated count and menu selection must be received 10 days prior to the function date. There is a 25 person minimum guest requirement.

2. All functions require a 150.00 deposit to secure your function date and space as
Definite. Security deposits are not refundable.

3. There is a 6.5% sales tax and 20% service charge on all functions. The cost of the Service charges to defray expenses for set-ups, tear down, the cleaning of the facility and our staff wages to service your party.

4. The amount owed must be paid as one bill immediately after the function.
(Checks made payable to Piccadilly Parlour). This balance will include the deduction of your security deposit.

5. 48 hrs. prior to function a final count is required. It is your responsibility to call with a final count or you will be charged for the estimated count.

6. Piccadilly Parlour provides delightful sweets for your event. If you wish to bring a cake, a $25.00 fee will be added to your bill.

7. Charges for bringing wine or other alcohol beverages will receive an additional
$50.00 charge for your event.

NO CONFETTI ALLOWED!!!
